In order to make a complaint, follow the steps below:

Return/reclamation form

Fill out the return/reclamation form and attach it to your package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of product number and reason for complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of defect.
