  • telephone number to the consignee's recipient - indispensable when choosing certain delivery methods (required by carriers).

If, when placing an order, the Customer chooses to issue a sales document for other data than indicated at registration or placing an order, please also provide:

  • name and surname or name of the company / institution - necessary to issue a proof of sale;
  • address (street, house number / or house and apartment number, zip code and city) - necessary to issue proof of sale;

The data provided when placing the order are processed by BeHustle.com and the following entities in the following scope:

name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as delivery address are provided to shipping companies in the form of a label / consignment note which is also a delivery order depending on the selected type of shipment:

  2. DPD Polska Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw (KRS: 0000028368, NIP: 526-02-04-110)

If you use the payment with the use of an external payment system, all data provided after switching to the payment operator's website remain registered only in its database and are not in any way available or stored by BeHustle.com.

BeHustle.com cooperates with the following payment operators:

The data is stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant provisions regulating the time of keeping accounting documents.

C. Marketing
